Shipping
Shipping typically takes 2-10 business days for Indonesian & South-East Asian orders. For international orders, shipping may take up to 3 weeks.
Returns
Due to our products being perishable / consumable in nature, we have a no-return policy, which means any product cannot be returned. Our products go through strict steps to assure quality assurance.
In case of any quality concerns, please contact us at management@claritychats.coffee. with your order details, and we will review your situation. On a case-by-case basis, we will either process a refund or a replacement based on our discretion.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
